

Orientation training sessions, organized to support new employees at Üsküdar University as they adapt to the institutional structure, continue to be held at regular intervals. Conducted under the coordination of the Office of Human Resources, these training programs provide comprehensive information on the university’s organizational structure, work processes, administrative procedures, organizational culture, and quality processes.

As part of orientation training, employees are provided with information on the university’s vision, mission, and core values, as well as its organizational structure, internal communication processes, the use of digital systems, and employee rights. The training program also includes information on the quality assurance system, quality awareness processes, and accreditation efforts.
As part of the “Quality Awareness” training conducted by İlknur Güzel, Head of the Strategy Development and Quality Department, employees are provided with information on the university’s quality policies, continuous improvement approach, the role of employees in quality processes, and the importance of accreditation efforts.
In addition, representatives from relevant departments provide information on practical applications that employees may need in their daily work processes. The program aims to help employees get to know the university better, adapt quickly to work processes, and embrace the institutional culture.
In line with its employee-focused approach, Üsküdar University continues to support organizational integration processes and a culture of quality through the orientation training sessions it conducts on a regular basis.
