Ertekin said, “It is extremely gratifying to see that young people are now being given a greater role in many established institutions and scientific events around the world. While my generation focused more on scientific experiments, project-based work has become an indispensable part of academic life today. The 50 projects accepted by our faculty are a significant testament to the hard work of our students and their academic advisors. The approximately 40 projects presented at the conference were carefully evaluated, reviewed, and scored. “I would like to thank all our faculty members who contributed to this process, the organizing team, and our colleagues who provided technical support. I believe this conference is just the beginning.
