YÖKAK Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP) Evaluation Conducted at Üsküdar University

Üsküdar University has completed another important stage in its journey toward quality assurance and sustainable institutional development. A comprehensive evaluation process was successfully completed at the university as part of the Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP) conducted by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK).

The YÖKAK evaluation team conducted thorough reviews across a wide range of areas, from the university's education and teaching processes to its research and development activities, social contribution efforts, and governance and quality assurance mechanisms. During the visit, meetings were held with academic and administrative units, the opinions of students and stakeholders were gathered, and progress towards the university's strategic goals was assessed on site.

The Institutional External Evaluation conducted in 2018 marked an important milestone in the institutional development process, and the improvements in areas for improvement were subsequently monitored by YÖKAK through the Monitoring Program conducted in 2021. The KAP evaluation completed this year was recorded as a critical step in further deepening the university's quality assurance culture.

Üsküdar University is determined to continue its efforts to raise quality standards in higher education, aiming to carry its student-centered approach, academic excellence vision, and mission of creating value for society into the future.
