Üsküdar University stands out with its patent successes!

Üsküdar University's latest success is an important indicator of its contribution to the innovation ecosystem and its efforts to produce knowledge and transform it into products. According to the results of the 2024 Patent Report published by Patent Effect, Üsküdar University has achieved a significant success with its patent performance in the international arena.

Üsküdar University ranked in the top 3 among foundation universities in international patent applications (PCT) and in the top 10 in Turkey.

In the report prepared by Patent Effect, which analyzes the patent performances of universities in 2024, Üsküdar University ranked high among foundation universities.

According to the results of the 2024 Patent Report published by Patent Effect; Üsküdar University ranked in the top 3 among foundation universities in international patent applications (PCT) and in the top 10 in Turkey.

Üsküdar University ranked in the top 7 in European Patent (EP) applications and portfolio size among foundation universities, in the top 6 in applications and in the top 20 in Turkey.

In 2025, this success will be carried further with patent applications.

These results are considered as a strong indicator of Üsküdar University's contribution to the innovation ecosystem, its efforts to produce knowledge and transform it into products. The university management aims to carry this success further and make it sustainable with patent applications in 2025.

Üsküdar University Personnel Department and Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Software Engineering Department organized a comprehensive 3-week artificial intelligence training for senior administrative staff within the scope of digital transformation vision. Üsküdar University on the world stage!

Times Higher Education (THE), one of the world's most prestigious higher education rating organizations, announced the results of the 2025 Impact Ranking, which measures the global impact and sustainability contributions of universities.

Üsküdar University achieved a global success by entering the most elite 25 percentile (Q1) among 2,526 universities worldwide, and managed to enter the top 500 worldwide in 9 of the 17 labels it applied for.

The university ranked first in Turkey among foundation universities that were successful in all 17 labels it applied for.
