


Üsküdar University’s quality assurance, education and teaching, research and development, and management systems were first examined in detail by the Institutional External Evaluation Team on December 23–26, 2018. Based on the positive feedback received during this process, the university adopted a continuous improvement approach by placing quality at the center of its institutional culture.
This development process continued with a follow-up evaluation conducted on October 4, 2021, and the quality-focused transformation was steadfastly maintained.

Positioning quality as a strategic priority, Üsküdar University once again demonstrated its commitment in this area by applying to the Institutional Accreditation Program in 2025.
As part of the process, an online preliminary visit was conducted on November 12, 2025, and during the on-site visit held from November 24–27, 2025, all of the university’s academic and administrative processes were comprehensively evaluated through on-site observations.

The evaluation process, coordinated by the Office of Quality, demonstrated that Üsküdar University’s quality assurance systems are not merely a requirement but are also embraced as a fundamental element of sustainable development.
The high motivation, strong collaboration, and dedicated efforts of the academic and administrative units stood out as the most tangible indicators of Üsküdar University’s quality-focused management philosophy.

Üsküdar University aims to raise quality standards in higher education through its student-centered educational approach, effectiveness in research and development activities, and innovative management system. The Institutional Accreditation Program process also served as a significant indicator of the efforts undertaken toward this goal.
Üsküdar University remains firmly committed to strengthening its quality assurance systems, maintaining excellence in education and teaching, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in collaboration with all its stakeholders.
