

The Department of Nursing at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Üsküdar University, achieved a significant success following the evaluation process conducted by the Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Nursing Education Programs (HEPDAK). As a result of the evaluations, the Department of Nursing has been granted “Conditional Full Accreditation” for a period of two years.

As part of the accreditation process carried out by HEPDAK, the Nursing Department’s educational activities were examined in detail in terms of program outcomes, the academic staff structure, physical and technological infrastructure, assessment and evaluation processes, and continuous improvement efforts. The evaluations were meticulously carried out through on-site visits.

The “Conditional Full Accreditation” granted as a result of these reviews demonstrated that the Department of Nursing at Üsküdar University’s Faculty of Health Sciences has adopted a high-quality and sustainable educational approach in line with national education standards.
This accreditation is regarded as a significant indicator of quality assurance for the academic and practical educational activities carried out in the department.
