Student satisfaction at Üsküdar University has reached 80 percent

According to the survey results for the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, the overall satisfaction rate was reported at 80 percent, based on evaluations in which more than 16,000 students participated. Security, cleaning, and infrastructure services were among the areas with the highest satisfaction rates.

Üsküdar University has announced the results of the Student Feedback and Course Evaluation surveys for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year. The surveys, which saw high student participation, yielded an overall satisfaction rate of 80 percent.

A total of 16,321 students participated in the Feedback Survey and 15,881 students participated in the Course Evaluation Survey conducted during the 2025-2026 Fall Semester. According to the evaluations, the Overall Student Satisfaction Rate was 80 percent, while the Course Evaluation Satisfaction Rate was 3.38 out of 4. 

High satisfaction with security and infrastructure

The 25-question Student Feedback Survey highlighted the institution’s strengths while also shedding light on areas where students expect improvements. 

87% satisfaction with security

According to the survey results, students expressed the highest satisfaction—87 percent—with “Security Services” on campus and 86 percent with “Cleanliness and Usability of Restrooms.”

Infrastructure satisfaction: 80%

Worship areas (85%), accessibility services for people with disabilities (84%), and transportation to campuses (83%) were other areas that stood out for high satisfaction. Satisfaction levels also exceeded 80% for basic necessities such as classroom infrastructure, the STIX file-sharing system, and health services. 

Every suggestion and request for improvement is carefully evaluated…

While students can submit their suggestions and requests for improvements through the Solution Center, it was emphasized that every submission is carefully evaluated by the relevant units and the process is closely monitored. 

It was noted that students wishing to obtain more detailed information about Erasmus programs, learn about the application processes, and take advantage of advisory services can review the relevant page on the university’s official website and contact the Erasmus Unit directly.

It was also noted that students with disabilities can submit their requests through the Office for Students with Disabilities.
