Quality awareness trainings are given to university staff

Üsküdar University Quality and Human Resources Directorate, Quality Management Assistant Levent Sayar provides Quality Awareness Trainings to university staff. As of June 2021, it is aimed to create and reinforce the quality culture and quality perspective in all employees within the scope of Quality Awareness Trainings.

  "Awareness raising activities for quality management system"

In accordance with pandemic measures, awareness-raising activities are carried out in Üsküdar University training halls to create an effective quality management system for university staff.

In the training, employees are informed about the mission, vision and policies of the university.

Within the scope of the training, the university staff is also informed about the methods of developing processes with the principle of always looking for the better by emphasizing the principle of continuous improvement, which is the most basic and permanent purpose of quality management systems and the university.

Detailed information on the importance of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, corrective actions and preventive actions for improvement, creating a risk-based perspective, decision-making approach based on measurable data, stakeholder-oriented, process-oriented approaches are conveyed to the personnel in the trainings.

Trainings will continue throughout June.
