2021 Staff Orientation Trainings
Orientation Trainings are organized by Üsküdar University Personnel Department in coordination with other units of our University within the scope of Covid-19 measures. Newly recruited staff are given trainings on Introduction to the Institution, Human Resources Processes, Law on the Protection of Personal Data, Quality Awareness, UKSPro, Occupational Health and Safety.
The aim of our orientation trainings is to create institutional belonging for all our employees, to inform them about the social rights they can benefit from, to facilitate the adaptation process of the personnel to the institution by defining the academic and administrative units, and to ensure the formation of quality culture and awareness.
