Research and Application Center Managers gathered before the new academic year...

Üsküdar University Research Application Centers Evaluation Meeting was held. Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör and Vice Rector for Research and Application Centers Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy made the opening speech of the meeting. Strategic issues were discussed at the meeting attended by Vice Rectors, Rector Advisors, Faculty Deans, Center Directors and department academicians.

At the meeting held in the Kuleli Hall of the Central Campus, ideas were exchanged regarding the new academic year.

Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör: "These centers can be made more important"

Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nazife Güngör; "Academic units should cooperate with relevant research centers. Connecting with clubs is also an important issue here. These centers can be given more importance in terms of scientific, social and cultural activities. In activities, center directors and club presidents can work in cooperation to organize various scientific events within the centers. In this way, the centers can be made more mobile and planning can be done together with the center directors."

Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy: "Student clubs provide serious support to research centers"

Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy, Vice Rector in charge of Research and Application Centers, said: "Each research and application center has a regulation published in the official gazette and must work in accordance with the articles specified in this regulation. The legal regulation gives the directors of the research centers a wide range of independence and leadership authority. In addition, each research center has a website in Turkish and English. Student clubs provide significant support to the research centers. We will welcome the activities, meetings and projects of the research and application centers on the fight against drugs."

Within the scope of the meeting, certain issues were discussed and what can be done about these issues was discussed.

At the same time, activities that can be carried out in the new academic year were also discussed.
