Higher Education Quality Board Evaluators at Üsküdar University

Within the scope of the 2018 Institutional External Evaluation Program conducted by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), quality evaluators started their site visits at Üsküdar University.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Solak, Prof. Dr. Belma Gümüşel, Prof. Dr. Bülent Eker, Prof. Dr. Bülent Yeşilata, Associate Professor Ebru Yüksel Haliloğlu, Uzm. The evaluation team consisting of Nezihe Er is conducting field visits at Üsküdar University.

The team first met with Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees Furkan Tarhan.
During the site visits, the team members, accompanied by Serdar Karagöz, Director of Quality and Human Resources, visit all campuses of Üsküdar University and examine all areas related to education and R&D facilities, support services and opportunities provided to students.

The visits will last for 3 days.

THE Impact Ranking 2024, which was carried out in October 2023, has been announced. Üsküdar University was deemed worthy of receiving all 17 labels it applied for.

Üsküdar University ranked in the top 10 among foundation universities in all labels, ranked 1st in 2 labels and 3rd in 5 labels.

Faculty of Medicine started medical education accreditation studies

Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine started to work on Accreditation of Medical Education on a national and international scale. The first leg of the organized work with TEPDAD, a quality organization recognized by the Higher Education Quality Board and the World Federation of Medical Education, was the visit to Health Sciences University Hamidiye Medical Faculty.
