

Our university continues to increase efficiency in the fields of teaching and management through the peer evaluation process implemented to ensure sustainable education quality. This process, in which academic and administrative staff as well as students actively participate, enables the sharing of strengths and identification of development areas through mutual evaluations between different units.
Both individual and institutional development is supported through evaluations conducted in many areas such as course content, teaching methods, administrative practices and support services. Students are involved in the process and contribute to their academic experience with their feedback, while administrative staff make constructive suggestions to make the functioning more efficient.
With this participatory and collaborative approach, our university resolutely pursues its goal of excellence in education.
