2022 Staff Orientation Trainings

Usküdar University continues its orientation trainings without slowing down in order to explain the corporate culture and quality management awareness for its new employees joining the Üsküdar family. Orientation trainings improve the professional skills of employees and positively affect their motivation and performance.
In this framework; Üsküdar University Personnel Department organizes "Orientation Trainings" in coordination with other units of Üsküdar University.
Newly recruited personnel in any unit of the organization are given 'Introduction to the Organization Training, Human Resources Processes Training, Personal Data Protection Law Training, Quality Awareness Training, UKSPro Quality Management Software Usage Training, Occupational Health and Safety' trainings.
"Education is nothing but the art of teaching people how to overcome obstacles which they think are difficult or which are really easy to overcome," the managers who carried out the trainings said, quoting Goethe.

Üsküdar strengthens its administrative staff with artificial intelligence trainings

Üsküdar University Personnel Department and Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Software Engineering Department organized a comprehensive 3-week artificial intelligence training for senior administrative staff within the scope of digital transformation vision. In the trainings organized, the basic concepts of artificial intelligence, application areas in universities and various artificial intelligence tools were discussed. The workshops held within the scope of the training focused on visualization and interpretation.

Times Higher Education (THE), one of the world's most prestigious higher education rating organizations, announced the results of the 2025 Impact Ranking, which measures the global impact and sustainability contributions of universities.

Üsküdar University achieved a global success by entering the most elite 25 percentile (Q1) among 2,526 universities worldwide, and managed to enter the top 500 worldwide in 9 of the 17 labels it applied for.

The university ranked first in Turkey among foundation universities that were successful in all 17 labels it applied for.
