Üsküdar University has been included in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS).

It was also added to the ECFMG (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) list of the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. By being included in the ECFMG certification list, graduates of Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine will have the right to take the United States Medical Specialty Examination (USMLE, United States Medical Licence Examination) and will have the opportunity to receive specialty training in many countries such as Canada, New Zealand, Australia, including the United States.

THE Impact Ranking 2024, which was carried out in October 2023, has been announced. Üsküdar University was deemed worthy of receiving all 17 labels it applied for.

Üsküdar University ranked in the top 10 among foundation universities in all labels, ranked 1st in 2 labels and 3rd in 5 labels.

While ranking 7th among foundation universities in Turkey in the Overall Rankings category with 3 labels with the highest score, it ranked among the top 500 universities in the world ranking in 13 of the 17 labels it was deemed worthy of in the title of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the United Nations in 2023. Among the foundation universities with all 17 labels, it ranked 1st in Turkey in the Overall Rankings category.

Faculty of Medicine started medical education accreditation studies

Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine started to work on Accreditation of Medical Education on a national and international scale. The first leg of the organized work with TEPDAD, a quality organization recognized by the Higher Education Quality Board and the World Federation of Medical Education, was the visit to Health Sciences University Hamidiye Medical Faculty.
