Student Evaluator delegation in Mugla

Yasemin Otyakmaz, a psychology student at Üsküdar University, who was assigned by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) for the second time, is at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University with the institutional external evaluation team. Otyakmaz made on-site examinations to evaluate the quality assurance, education-training, research-development and management system.

Yasemin Otyakmaz, the student evaluator assigned within the scope of the 2019 institutional external evaluation program conducted by YÖKAK, made a site visit with the evaluation team.



Information about quality processes

Within the framework of the field visit made by the YÖKAK Institutional External Evaluation team, meetings were organized with the participation of the senate, quality commission, institutes, faculties, vocational schools, administrative units, academic, administrative staff groups and student groups of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University and information was received about the quality processes carried out.

As a result of the examinations, the members of the institutional external evaluation team assigned by YÖKAK shared the summary report on Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University and stated its strengths and aspects open to improvement in terms of quality assurance, education-training, research-development and management system.

Üsküdar University Student Evaluator Yasemin Otyakmaz stated that "Student evaluators will have pre-graduation experience by observing the education-training, research-development and management systems of universities during the evaluation process."
